NSF POSE: Invitation to Join the Global LER Planning

On behalf of collaborators involved in supporting the Learning and Employment Records (LER) space, including the Learning Economy Foundation, Public Consulting Group, Randa Solutions and others, DXtera is extending an open invitation to join a growing effort to pursue an NSF Open Source Ecosystem submission focused on the need for capabilities to support a Global LER.  (RFP for the Pathways to Enable Open-Source Ecosystems (POSE) opportunity is linked here).
